Sunny Side Up!
Remember my little intruders? I finally had to pull the mower out and get busy with some yard work.
The little "Mutha" sat right there on her nest while I cranked the mower and drove it out? The back of my head was but mere inches from her beak when I fired up the mower!

They hatched and I can't tell if she has five babies or not? It looked like a couple of them were laying flat on their backs?
I decided to drive the mower in this way until they leave the nest.Don't like havin' my back to the little buggars!

awww! It's a little house wren and chicks - great pics! Those birds can choose unbelievable places to build their nest. A pair built one on top of my truck tire in less than two days.
since we've all seen Hitchcock's
Birds, we do tend to treat our feathered friends with more fear.
I wouldn't turn my back on something I planned on eating sunny side up with a Blue Moon chaser.
My eggs have yet to hatch.

So glad you stopped by. I'll get by your neck of the woods shortly!
Awww! See, Jimbo!? You're not so uncivil after all! I knew you were just a big 'ol softie after all! You know it! You love it! You know you love it! ;)
You and my hubby are so alike. He always says he wants to get rid of our cats, but I know he secretly loves them! LOL! Just like you...You'd never harm those cute little birdies or their mum ;) Right? I thought so.
