I recieved my .....

Teeter Hang Ups EP-850 Flex Technology Inversion Table

yesterday!

I've been studying it for a while and finally bought one on the Home Shopping Network.

Wikipedia has a good article on Inversion Therapy.

And also some other good info.

History of Inversion

&

Inversion Benifits

It took me quite some time to get it out of the box and figure out how to put it together. I actually broke a sweat putting it together? Stress maybe?

Then I watched the video and figured out how to set it up for my height and level of use. Then used it for several minutes at a time before bed

Also....check out these YouTube Clips for more info!

This clip below has some really good info but it is quite long.

Oh, Jimbo! We've got one of those too!!! Aren't they great? Hubby bought it before we got married and he's been using it to stretch his back out. I use it too. The benefits of inversion tables are incredible! We love ours!

The funny thing is that Hubby bought it from the Home Shopping Channel too! LOL! That totally cracks me up because Hubby is NOT a shopper!!

Enjoy hanging upside down ;)

That sure is a coincidence! That is my first purchase on H.S.N. to!!!!

I love it and can't stay off of it. And I've already been sleeping better just from using it.
It relaxes me so much I can't describe it?
If I wake up in the middle of the night......I just hang upside down till I'm relaxed enough to go back to sleep.
I think it's going to help with my running. It's helping to stretch my hip flexors and it's doing something good for my knees too.

I can't believe this! I was looking at one of those things a few months ago trying to decide whether to get it in place of purchasing a recliner. I needed something comfortable to sit it marked MINE MINE MINE! Actually I was going to ask for it for Christmas but decided I'd better make that investment myself and then pray no one caught me hanging upside down in the new investment before I had the chance to explain what all the hanging around and orbiting was all about. I also considered Yabbay's input. He said he might attack it in the middle of the night if it flipped me too many times, and so - I held off.

Hi C! That's funny about your husband getting one too!

Ab & Em haven't seen it yet. Abigail will be freaked out that her living quarters is disturbed with something new to dodge around.

I traded in the recliner for a Total Trainer last year!!!!LOL!

I just went by your blog and I love all those pics. Your beautiful kitty licking the rock is hilarious!
And those horny lizards. New material for the Geico commercials ehh?
And all the pups are just like their mom Miss Jolly.....all laying on their backs belly up!!!!
Love it...love it ...love it!

I was skeptical at first, but I'm so glad I bought it.I've even started reading the paper and talking on the phone while inverted!!!!LOL!!
It seems more natural every day I use it, and my legs (especially hip flexors, and knees) are getting some great benifits too!

I can already do a sit up or two! But I prefer the relaxing part over trying to get a workout from it.

Wow, I'm amazed. I wish I had a place to put such a thing in my tiny little condo. My hip flexers are jealous.

I don't have room for it either. It's in between my bedroom and the bathroom.....so I have to walk around it every time I go to the bathroom!
