"Dillon" picture perfect.

Dillon belongs to a friend of mine, and his pictures were so cool that I asked her if I could steal them and put them on my blog. He has one of the sweetest temperments of any Jack Russell I've ever met. There is no way you can meet this dog in person and not fall in love with him!

Awwwwwwwww!!! I LOVE these pics! We were given a Jack Russell two years ago because the owner had to go down to the States and couldn't take him with her. We LOVED that dog, but he was such an unpredictable old thing when it came to children being present. He would snap at them and try to bite them! SCARY! He was the sweetest and most loving, attention seeking dog ever when he was alone with us though.

We ended up giving him back to his owner last year. It was too dangerous to have him around kids. We have our nieces and friends' kids over a lot and I don't want to be responsible for any actions this aging dog might have on the kids. I don't know what happened to that dog. He sure was cute.

What a shame. I completely understand. I tried to rescue a Boston Terrier that was a biter and I just couldn't handle it either.
Dillon is a complete sweetheart. He makes my little Emily seem somewhat nefarious!

A HedgeHawg on a Hawg would be cool too!

I'm in love with him from here. Who's a little River Rat! I took care of a smooth coated fox terrier and that dog was caRazzy. Got kicked in the head by a horse I think. Didn't really seem to affect him.

Yes, he's a cutie.

That's hard for a cat to say.

I would totally gush all over him if I ever see him in person. I would want to hug him, and kiss him, and love him, and never let him go!!!! He's so adorable!!!

Ok. I'm done. Thanks for the pics. LOL

I can picture him sitting patiently beside you in a little Doggie Tux as you play the piano!
He is quite the charmer!

Yes, it was a shame :( That little Jack Russell was so cute and sooooooooooo smart! I swear, he was SUPER smart! He would sing (okay, howl) whenever he heard music or when you said, "Sing!" and he'd play dead when he wanted attention. LOL! All the while, he'd be laying on his back, pretending he was dead and then he'd open one eye to see if you were watching him! LOL!!!!

The thing that made me decide to give him back to his previous owner was when he bit my student. It wasn't a full on bite, but more of a nip...and a scary snarly growl. I saw the whole thing like it was in slow motion. The dog was sleeping and my student wanted to pet him and then he went nuts. As much as I loved that dog, I could hear the word "LAWSUIT" ringing in the back of my head.

Anyway, that little dog was certainly the boss of this house. Even though Chance is younger (now 5 yrs old) and way bigger (probably 6x the size of that Jack Russell), Chance is such a timid little baby. LOL!!!

Holy! Sorry for this LONG comment! LOL! See what happens once you get me talking about dogs? So sad!

I could talk about dogs all day! It's my favorite subject!
I hope the little bugger is doing well with his family where ever he is?

What a cute little doggy! I love the pics of your dogs below, too. I esp love the sweater you made out of a sleeve! Now THAT'S recycling! :)

Thanks! We had bought Emily some doggie sweaters in the past and some didn't fit well, and some seemed to be like a hair magnets.

I just took one of my thermal underware shirts and sized the sleeve up against her body. It looked like the perfect fit, and it turned out great. Stray hair doesn't seem to stick to it as bad either.
Plus I haven't seen any other doggies with one, so it makes her a little unique!

Dillon is adorable. I think Emily and Abigail would look like two hot biker chicks on the back of his hog.

Wait a minute...does that dog have a license? And where is their helmet?
