As long as they make you smile, they can be as silly as they want to be!

Emily fell in a friends Goldfish pond yesterday. It was so funny and she was so embarrassed.

She saw the goldfish and was mesmerized at all there darting around in the water. I was pretty sure she was was going in.

She tried to step out on a lillypad and whoosh, went completely under. I didn't know it was over her head?LOL!!!

She was thrashing around, lilypads were flying, the fish were freaking, and we were laughing at her poor little embarrassed ass.

I got the waterhose and sprayed it for her to chase around and she forgot all about her embarrassing moment!LOL

I wish my dogs enjoyed water! They run away from the hose and won't get near the little pool we got for them. We threw Ceilidh's frisbee in the pool to get her to chase it is - she circled around and around, crying for us to get it.

Emily loves the water, but Abigail can take it or leave it.

I was raising some baby raccoons back when Ab & Em were less than a year old. The young coons loved the water, and they would squeal like crazy if I kayaked out to the middle of the pond. I would wait and they would eventually swim out to me.
Ab & Em aren't much on swimming but they learned to play along the shoreline with the raccoons.
I need to get some of my old VHS tapes to disc.

Awww, stop it already!
Haven't you heard that I'm in a puppy-stealing kind of mood?

Jay

Yeah, I'll have to keep her on a tight leash if you're in the neighborhood!
Happy Birthday

Thanks Rachie
She loves a waterhose, and has destroyed her share of them in the process.

Is she trying to turn it on? Wouldn't it be funny if she learned how to spray the neighbors when they make too much noise?

Diesel
Your too funny!LOL!
If she learns how to spray the neighbors for making too much noise, I'm gonna teach her how to use an AK-47!

LOL! Ohhhhhhhh...Emily's such a sweetie! That must have been a funny sight (not for Emily though)!

I've been MIA for a while. Things have been crazy busy, but just wanted to check in and say helloooooooo! :) I miss our blogging banter!

Hi Chrissy

I know what you mean by busy, and MIA. I'm sure we will all get back to blogging more when summer is over and there is less daylight! You're such a sweetheart!

CK

Hey, Emily is a girl!LOL!!!!!
She's in heaven when she's w/me.

LOL!!! Ohhh, CK! How I love you, girlfriend!! LOL! I remember you thought Kimmie was a boy too! :) Jimmy, I think Kimmie's also MIA. You're right. After the summer we'll all be back to blogging more :)

Well, I can see how people may mistake my kittens for boys, since I named them Fred and George and refuse to change their names to Freda and Georgette just because they're female! But Emily's definitely a girl!
